PURPOSE: To obtain the subject knotless net having braided knot portions having mutually reverse cross balances at prescribed positions by operating three spindles disposed on a spindle-operating wheel having an auxiliary wheel along a prescribed track while adjusting the phases of the three spindles with the auxiliary wheel.

CONSTITUTION: Spindle-operating wheels 1-13 having four notches are disposed so that the adjacent spindle-operating wheels are rotated in the mutually reverse directions, and an auxiliary wheel having a notch is also disposed in the direction rectangular to the row of the spindle-operating wheels. In the early time position three spindles a, b and c; d, e and f disposed on the spindle-operating wheels having the auxiliary wheel are operated along a prescribed track while the phases of the spindles are adjusted on the spindle-operating wheels with the auxiliary wheel, thereby twisting or intersecting the strands delivered from each spindle.
