To provide a method and a device for laminating stick material in which a plurality of stick materials are efficiently laminated in a flat-board shape by uniformly dispersing a plurality of stick materials in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction in such a state that the respective directional properties are made uniform.
A plurality of stick materials 31 having nearly equal length are respectively conveyed one after another in the horizontal direction by a plurality of carry-in conveyors 11 in such a state that the respective longitudinal directions are made orthogonal to the conveyance direction. The stick materials 31 are carried in on the end part of the carry-in side of a traverse conveyor 12 in such a state that the respective longitudinal directions are made orthogonal to the conveyance direction and also in such a state that the respective stick materials 31 are slipped in the longitudinal direction. The respective stick materials 31 are thrown into a holding part constituted into a bag shape by an accumulation belt 13c in an accumulation mechanism 13 in such a state that respective directional properties and slippage in the longitudinal direction are held. Thereafter, the accumulation belt 13c is spread in a tilted plane shape. Thereby, the respective stick materials 31 are spread in such a state that the directional property and slippage in the longitudinal direction are held and the stick materials 31 are laminated in a flat-board shape.
