Abstract:
To provide a simple method and device, together with its system, for automatic level equalization.
A step which provides a first optical amplifier 30 comprising a gain inclination coefficient defined as a change of gain inclination against the unit change of gain, a step which connects, in cascade, a second optical amplifier 32 comprising a gain inclination coefficient different from that to the first optical amplifier, and a step which distributes gain so that the level inclination of light amplified by the first and second optical amplifiers is substantially flat, are provided.
