Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct leveling having high flatness and not causing camber after etching by conducting straightening at a tension leveler so that the load intensity is a specified ratio or more of the yield stress or the proof stress of a strip and conducting straightening at a roller leveler so that tension is a specific value or less.
SOLUTION: Straightening at a tension leveler is conducted so that the load intensity is the ≥70% of yield stress or the proof stress of the strip, straightening at a roller leveler is conducted so that a tension is ≤50 N/mm2. A strip S goes out from a payoff reel 1, passes in the order of the tension leveler 6, a roller leveler 7 and is wound to a tension reel 2. The tension leveler 6 gives tension by inlet side/center bridle rolls 3, 4, flatness straightening of the strip is conducted. In this case, by conducting simple stretching or arranging a work roll diameter to 450 times of a plate thickness, the residual stress in the strip S is suppressed. Further, by applying low tension to the center/outlet side bridle rolls 4, 5 of the roller leveler 7, the residual stress is suppressed, and the camber is not generated to a part.
