To provide a method and device for lightning conduction which is suitable for installing near the tower of a wind power generation facility and which does not affect the wind condition in normal operation of the wind power generation facility and conducts lightning conduction by operating at the time of thundercloud gathering, and which is suitable for preventing lightning strike on the wind power generation facility or the like, and provide a lightning protection method in the wind power generation facility and the wind power generation facility.
The lightning conductor device is equipped with a lightning conduction rod 22 connected to a grounded lightning conduction chain 23 and a lightning conduction rod flying means for flying the lightning conduction rod 22 by a spray water stream by water pressure. The lightning conduction rod flying means is equipped with a fixed water guide pipe 21 and a flexible water guide pipe 28, and by introducing high pressure water into the water guide pipes, flies the lightning conduction rod 22 by a spray water stream discharged from the water guide pipes. Only when there is a possibility of gathering of thundercloud for generating thunder, the device is operated and can conduct the thunder to the ground, and therefore it does not affect the wind condition of the normal operation of the wind power generation facility or the like.
