Abstract:

To easily and efficiently inspect a bearing of such a type that the bearing supports a shaft by the radial bearing surface of a slide bearing, etc., at the time of inspecting the bearing for deflection in the final process.

A method and device for manufacturing bearing are used for inspecting a cylindrical bearing 20 which becomes a slide bearing or dynamic bearing in the state of a single bearing or bearing unit in the inspection step of the final process. A seat section 2 in which the bearing 20 is removably put and an inspection device main body 1 provided with a motor 3 unprovided with a radial bearing are prepared. By putting the bearing 20 in the seat section 2, the rotor shaft 4 of the motor 3 is supported by the bearing 20. While the rotor shaft 4 is supported by the bearing 20, the motor 3 is rotated and the deflection of the rotor shaft 4 is detected with a displacement gauge 8.
