To obtain a method for manufacturing biopolymer array by which the latent reactivity of an activated bio-monomer can be maintained at a low level, when a biopolymer array is manufactured by utilizing the bio-monomer and a device used for the method.
A solid activator composition is formed on the areas (16) of a substrate provided with a substrate binding component by using a bio- monomer which has a first binding group, is bonded to the substrate binding component, and accordingly, can be activated (a). The bio-monomer is bound to the substrate binding component by activating the first binder by means of the solid activator composition, by adhering a fluid composition containing the bio-monomer to the areas (16) (b). By repeating the steps (a) and (b), a biopolymer is formed (c). A device for manufacturing biopolymer array is constituted to deduce a target driving pattern for operating an adhering system from an array pattern, for adhering the fluid composition containing the bio-monomer to the areas (16) in the state of an array composed of the areas (16).
