Abstract:

To provide a method and a device for manufacturing die-cast that improve the density using a degassing path.SOLUTION: A die-cast manufacturing device includes a degassing runner of a clamped mold, an orifice 232 and a reservoir in a path directed toward a cavity 210 using a bend 230 in the middle of the degassing runner 222, and pressurizing means 236 including a pressurizing pin 234 inserted into the orifice to shield molten metal and to press the molten metal in the reservoir into the cavity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
