Abstract:
To manufacture dried powder by quickly drying fine particles wetted with water or an organic solvent with less motive power.
A supercritical fluid dispersion is prepared by mixing fine particles wetted with water or organic solvent and the supercritical fluid in a supercritical dispersing tank 1 by agitation. The supercritical fluid is vaporized, and the fine particles are dried by bringing the dispersed liquid into contact with dry air in a dry air contacting device 16. Consequently, dried powder is obtained.
