Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately form a film roll housed in the film housing chamber of a film unit with a lens in a short time.
SOLUTION: This film roll is constituted of the two processes of a film leading end feeding process for feeding a photographic film from a cartridge 26 by specified length, and a film taking-up process for forming the film roll by rotating a winding shaft to which the film leading end is locked. A driving shaft 130 engaged with a spool 31, a detecting means 143 detecting that the film leading end is fed by the specified length, and a detecting means 133 detecting the rotation stopping position of the spool 31 when the film leading end is fed by the specified length are provided on the film leading end feeding process. The winding shaft to which the film leading end is locked and an unwinding shaft engaged with the spool of a cartridge are provided on the film taking-up process; and initial phase of the unwinding shaft is previously adjusted based on the rotation stopping position of the spool detected by the means 143 of the film leading end feeding process.
