Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing food products having an irregular pattern, capable of making the irregular pattern having suppressed deviation of food material, with reduced equipment costs and good working efficiency, allowing equipment to be relatively compacted.SOLUTION: A chief material P having flowability and a subsidiary material Q having flowability are flowed in a first conduit line 2k, flowed along the axial L direction of the first conduit line 2k, communicated with the downstream side of the first conduit line 2k, and discharged to a second conduit line 3k having a larger cross section in comparison with the first conduit line 2k. When discharged, preferably the chief material P and the subsidiary material Q are radially flowed, such that the subsidiary material Q is sprinkled in the chief material P so as to make an irregular pattern. Subsequently the chief material P and the subsidiary material Q are poured out from the second conduit line 3k so as to be molded into a food product.
