PURPOSE: To wind the conductor to the winding frame in almost a helical shape by setting the mechanism for feeding the conductor which can twist the conductor nearby the bobbin.
CONSTITUTION: At first, an end part of the conductor is bitten in the caterpillar 34 and the conductor is fed. The conductor 3 is passed through the inlet roll 31, the central roll 32 and formed with bending and twisting at the outlet roll 33. That is, by setting the caterpillar 34, the inlet roll 31, and the central roll 32 to the positions relatively turning with the X axis as the center, an outline of the shape formed with the feeding mechanism is not damaged. By executing only a slight correction of twisting, inner surface and outside surface bending to this conductor 3, the forming to the prescribed shape can be made.
