Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately and smoothly fold a mask sheet at a desired part by a simple process and with a simple constitution.
SOLUTION: A crease formation mechanism 104 is arranged at a creasing station 52, and the crease formation mechanism 104 is provided with an arranging means 106 at which a first continuous member 50 is arranged in a tensioned state and a crease groove forming means 108 by which both side edge parts of the first continuous member 50 arranged at the arranging means 106 are pressed by a specified load and whose temperature is maintained to be specified temperature. Then, folds 38a and 38b are highly accurately and smoothly formed at both side edge parts of the first continuous member 50.
