To provide a manufacturing method for motor capable of eliminating need for strict control of the laminating thickness of the stator core without using a complicated and expensive metal mold for forming integral insulation of a stator core and capable of preventing generation of wastes such as burrs.
This manufacturing method forms a forming space by inserting the stator core having slots for storing wirings into the metal mold, and forms an insulation layer on the surface of the stator core by injecting resin into the forming space. Resin burring is generated in the slots by setting the dimension of the metal mold so as to be smaller than a core thickness after the closing work of the stator core, and the burring section is bent to be integrated with the insulation layer in the slot.
