The red light emitting pigment and the green light emitting pigment are heated for evaporation so that the red light emitting pigment and the green light emitting pigment are diffused in the light emitting layer of the first substrate. A second electrode is formed on the first substrate where the red light emitting pigment and the green light emitting pigment are diffused in the light emitting element.
