To provide a method and a device for manufacturing an organic electroluminescence element, for manufacturing the organic electroluminescence element with high precision in a simple process.
A second substrate 21 (stamp), where a plurality of recesses 22 corresponding to the arrangement of first electrodes are formed, with the recesses filled with red light emitting pigments 14R or green light emitting pigments 14G, is disposed to face a first substrate 10 (sheet substrate) where a plurality of the first electrodes 11 (pixel electrode) and a light emitting layer 13, in which blue light emitting pigment 14B is dispersed, are at least formed, so that the first electrodes correspond to the recesses. The red light emitting pigment and the green light emitting pigment are heated for evaporation so that the red light emitting pigment and the green light emitting pigment are diffused in the light emitting layer of the first substrate. A second electrode is formed on the first substrate where the red light emitting pigment and the green light emitting pigment are diffused in the light emitting element.
