To provide a method and a device for manufacturing a piezoelectric vibrator that achieve a reduction in heating time and prevention of characteristic deterioration of a piezoelectric element regarding bonding between a piezoelectric element and a reinforcing member.
A piezoelectric vibrator manufacturing method has a heating step in which a heat source part 311 in a heating device 31 is brought into contact with a part of a reinforcing member 22 in the state where a bonding material cured after heating is arranged between a piezoelectric element 21 and the reinforcing member 22. The method also has a bonding step for bonding the piezoelectric element 21 with the reinforcing member 22 by a bonding material. In the bonding step, the piezoelectric element 21 and the reinforcing member 22 are held so that a bonding face 21A with the reinforcing member 22 in the piezoelectric element 21 and a bonding face 22A with the piezoelectric element 21 in the reinforcing member 22 are almost along in the vertical direction.
