Rolling rollers 1-4 are composed of double rollers consisting of large diameter roller parts 1a-4a for rolling of which the one side ends on the periphery work as rolling faces to roll a wire and small diameter roller parts 1b-4b for contact, which are smaller than the rolling rollers 1a-4a, installed concentrically on the one sides of the roller parts 1a-4a. While the other side of the contact face on the periphery of each of the roller parts 1a-4a of the rolling rollers 1-4 is respectively brought in contact with the one side of each of the roller parts of the rolling rollers neighboring at one side, the periphery of the rollers 1b-4b for contact of the rolling rollers 1-4 is respectively brought in contact with the other sides of the roller parts of the rolling rollers neighboring at the opposite side for rolling.
