To efficiently fill order-to-order harmonies in synchronization from filling devices in a plurality of sub-systems into the side of a host system via respective filling transformers during measurement, in desired quantity according to filling conditions with single-phase filling, independently of a connection system for winding in the filling transformers and the difference between two filling phases and without increasing the size and capacity of the filling devices.
Before measurement, the filling devices 8, 9 are individually operated for measuring a current of the order-to-order harmonies filled from the high voltage sides of the respective filling transformers 6, 7 into the phases at the side of the host system. Positive phase components and negative phase components of the order-to-order harmonies of the filling frequency filled from the high voltage sides of the respective filling transformers into the side of the host system are found. The phases of the filled current of the order-to-order harmonies in the filling devices 6, 7 during measurement are corrected from the measured phases before measurement so that one or tooth of the phase components are filled as desired.
