Title:
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MEASURING OXYGEN CONCENTRATION IN SINTERED LAYER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015196887
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive method and device for accurately measuring the temperature change during temperature rising at a heating rate of about 20[°C/s] at the most to a temperature of about 1200 to 1450[°C], and measuring the oxygen concentration from moment to moment while withstanding the melting and solidification reaction of a sintered ore at a high temperature of about 1200 to 1450[°C] during temperature lowering.SOLUTION: The method for measuring the oxygen concentration in a sintered layer includes the steps of: furnishing with a first oxygen concentration cell group having an oxygen concentration cell with an outer diameter of 3 mm or less and a thermocouple; furnishing with a second oxygen concentration cell group having an oxygen concentration cell with an outer diameter of 8 to 5 mm and a thermocouple; furnishing the first oxygen concentration cell group and the second oxygen concentration cell in a sintered layer; measuring the oxygen concentration and the temperature by the first oxygen concentration cell group during temperature rising and by the second oxygen concentration cell group during temperature lowering; and combining the measurement results during temperature rising and during temperature lowering.
