This probe head device comprises a conductive housing, a bus in the conductive housing, a pair of connectors mounted on the conductive housing for guiding the RF signal into the housing and from the housing through the bus, a voltage pick-up board in the housing and a current pick-up board in the housing. The voltage pick-up board comprises an analogue processor generating the first DC output representing an electric field effective (RMS) value in response to the electric field around the bus. The current pick-up board comprises a second analogue processor generating the second DC output representing a magnetic field RMS value in response to the magnetic field around the bus.
