Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect respective vibration states of an external vibration and an object to be vibrated, without contact, and to accurately measure the vibration characteristic, without influencing a measurement system at all.
SOLUTION: A vibration source 2 for vibrating the object 3 to be vibrated and the object 3 to be vibrated are irradiated with a laser light from probes 4 and 5, respectively, and the non-contact vibration detection is simultaneously performed with Doppler vibration measuring instruments 6 and 7. The gain of the vibration or the phase difference can be accurately measured by comparing detection signals by a frequency analyzer 8.
