Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for mixing cryogenic liquid in a storage tank in which cryogenic liquid in the storage tank can be effectively agitated and mixed by simple facility.SOLUTION: A cryogenic liquid mixing device 1 in a storage tank of this invention comprises an evaporation gas retrieving pipe 5 for retrieving all or a part of evaporation gas generated in a storage tank 3; a cryogenic liquid retrieving pipe 9 for retrieving cryogenic liquid 7 in the storage tank 3; a liquid pump 11 arranged at the cryogenic liquid retrieving pipe 9 to force out the cryogenic liquid 7 in the storage tank 3; a condensing and mixing part 13 for contacting evaporation gas retrieved from the evaporation gas retrieving pipe 5 to the cryogenic liquid 7 retrieved from the cryogenic liquid retrieving pipe 9 to condensate the evaporation gas and mixing it with the cryogenic liquid 7; a cryogenic liquid feeding pipe 15 for feeding the cryogenic liquid already mixed by the condensation and mixing part 13 into the cryogenic liquid 7 in the storage tank; and gas-liquid two-phase flow injection nozzle 17 arranged at the cryogenic liquid feeding pipe 15 by injecting the already mixed cryogenic liquid fed by the cryogenic liquid feeding pipe 15 to attain depression ebullition and as gas-liquid two-phase flow.
