Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete method for obtaining an error signal especially suitable for the influence of the strong oscillation of a positioning device.
SOLUTION: This is a method for obtaining an error signal related with a positioning device for positioning a tool for a target object. The acceleration of a tool 4 in the direction of at least one component of the motion of the tool 4 is detected by using at least one sensor 10, the acceleration of a target object 3 in the direction of at least one component of the motion of the target object 3 is detected by using one sensor 12, the acceleration is detected for the tool 4, and a differential signal is formed of the acceleration of the tool and the target object.
