Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform part delivery instruction smoothly and at a proper timing when any change occurs in the use position of parts or a time necessary for the delivery of parts while a line is operating in a production line.
SOLUTION: In a production line, a delivery instruction point change time point B is set at a time point retroactive by a passed time x between the commencement of work and old delivery instruction point and a delivery lead time to a part mounting position change time point A. When a time at which a vehicle on a production line passes a magnetic card read point M1 is located before the delivery instruction point change time point B, a delivery instruction is given at the old delivery instruction point and, when it is after the delivery instruction point change time point B, the delivery instruction is given at a new delivery instruction point.
