Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and quickly detect even a large-visual field picture while suppressing the mechanical oscillation of a mirror itself.
CONSTITUTION: A picture detection object 12 passes a lens 1 and is reflected by a mirror 4 and is detected as a one-dimensional picture on a linear sensor 2, after being reflected. In this case, if step operation angle control data inserted between control data and just preceding control data is successively read out before successive read of mirror operation angle control data from a memory 8, the one-dimensional picture of the picture detection object 12 is successively detected while suppressing the mechanical oscillation of the mirror 4.
