Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten a teaching time and to easily prepare a working program by inputting the longitudinal direction shape/intersecting direction shape of a work on a display and indicating points along each shape. CONSTITUTION:After inputting and registering the cross section data (longitudinal direction cross section, central cross section, right and left cross section data of a bumper B to be coated, respective cross section data are joined and registered. In the case of forming a coating program for the upper part coating part of the bumper e.g. the program is formed based upon the longitudinal direction cross section data and central cross section data. After executing a base point teaching, whether the cross section data are to be reached or corrected is selected.
