Abstract:
To solve the following problem; since a solid character with the decoration effect widely utilized as a visual effect to a video used in conventional technology may bring the character into a crushed state depending on a degree of complexity of the subject character shape, properties of a font prepared, a drawing size, and the like, legibility cannot be secured.
Concerning the character shape after the decoration effect is given, it becomes possible to produce a decorated character secured for legibility by detecting whether or not a margin between outlines sufficient to maintain legibility is secured, and preparing a means for correcting the decoration effect if the margin is not secured.
