Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a concrete secondary product superior in strength with beautifully finished joints using various kinds of exterior materials in the production of an exterior material-prefabricated concrete secondary product.
CONSTITUTION: In a form 1, an exterior material receiving member 7 and a cooling and heating device 8 disposed below the receiving member 7 are contained. On the receiving member 7, exterior materials A are arranged. A melt paraffin B is injected from a lower injection port 9 into the form 1 so that the lower parts of the exterior materials A are dipped. In the state that the paraffin B is cooled and set, a concrete C is placed. After the concrete is solidified, the paraffin is melted under heat to be discharged outside the form 1. After removal from the form, an exterior material-prefabricated concrete secondary product with beautifully finished joints can be obtained.
