Abstract:
To efficiently form a high quality aluminum alloy layer without generating casting defect to an aluminum alloy layer laminated to a reinforcing die part made of cast iron.
The device is provided with a FC flask 12 as cope, a heating means 13 to heat the FC flask 12 to a prescribed temp. beforehand and a sand mold 14 as drag arranged with a chiller 38, a cavity 16 is formed between the FC flask 12 and sand mold 14. In the state the FC flask 12 heated beforehand and the sand mold 14 arranged with the chiller 38 are clamped, a molten aluminum alloy is poured in the cavity 16 formed between both.
