Abstract:
PURPOSE:To produce a three-dimensional teaching NC sentence by applying the teaching operations to the NC sentences of only X and Y axes produced by an automatic programming device with operation of a Z axis defined as a key and adding the value of the Z axis to those NC sentences. CONSTITUTION:When a laser machining is applied to a work of a three- dimensional form, a teaching program is produced. In other words, the operation keys of an operating means 7 are operated and the NC programs of only NC programs stored in an auxiliary memory 11 are displayed on a display means 9. Then a teaching operation is applied to a Z axis via an operation key of the means 7 and the value of the Z axis is inputted to the NC program. Thus a teaching NC program is produced. Thus a teaching NC program producing device can easily produce an inexpensive and precise three-dimensional teaching program by inputting the value of the Z axis to a two-dimensional NC program produced previously by an automatic programming device.
