The payment application of a shared amount to be paid as a part of translation charge is received from the translation request person. The trust application of a translation charge and a translation period is received from a translator (S353). When the applied translation charge is lower than the stored translation charge (S357:YES), the translation charge and the translator are newly updated (S359). When the applied translation period is shorter than the stored translation period (S361:YES), the stored translation period and translator are newly updated (S363). When the translation charge stored at this point of time becomes equal to or lower than the total shared amount (S365:YES), the translation request is ordered to the translator who performs the trust application of the translation charge (S367).
