Abstract:

To provide a CNM service providing method capable of finishing a customer authentication, at one time, when a customer received plural network management services.

This method has a common customer authentication procedure by a customer on each function, the customer is authenticated by the common procedure on each function. This device 20 comprises a customer access interface part 21, an operation control part 22 and a network management device connecting interface part 23. The operation control part 22 has a customer recognition part 26, an access control part 27, a session management part 28 and an operation audit part 29, and the network management device connecting interface part 23 has a function to connect plural network management devices.
