SOLUTION: The device is a user's terminal (on-vehicle model) used by a user (passenger). If some troubles occur in a user's vehicle, the user can grasp information on a present location, the expected time of arrival, the expected time of completion of the maintenance, the expected time of arrival at an original destination, etc., based on each service station existing around the present location, and can select a desired service station by a user's own intention among the service stations around the present location.
