Abstract:

PURPOSE: To precisely and quantitatively distribute a granular material by using this device capable of optionally setting the discharge of the material.

CONSTITUTION: A trough 1 having a cross-sectional shape to arrange granular materials 3 in a row and with the discharge end 1a slightly lowered, a vibrator 7 to minutely vibrate the trough 1, a granular material feed means 15 and a granular material receiving part 10 positioned directly below the discharge end 1a are provided. Further, a granular material counting sensor S1 between the discharge end and receiving part 10, a granular material sensor S2 to detect the presence or absence of the material at the specified position of the trough, a control means 14 to stop the vibrator 7 when the specified number of grains are counted by the sensor S1 and to operate the vibrator after the fixed number of grains are discharged and a control means 23 to operate the granular material feed means when the absence of the material at the specified position of the trough is detected by the sensor S2 are furnished to control the device.
