To provide a device capable of simply performing freezing by liquid surface contact by arranging it in a freezer of a refrigerator of a usual household or a small scale business use to improve the quality of frozen foods, and also in the case of installing a freezing chamber for exclusive use to enable to produce more complete frozen foods.
This method for rapidly freezing foods comprises sealing cooling brine in a hermetically sealed plastic bag so as to be able to freeze by semi-liquid surface contact and also aiming at the simple handling by using a brine-housing container. Further, in the case of installing the exclusive freezing chamber, it is possible to produce more complete frozen materials by using the brine and a cooling plate and supplying cool air to the cooling plate forcibly.
