To simplify the management of radiographic image information for correcting the density and to record the radiographic image information easily reproducing a high-precision radiographic image.
When a subject's radiograph is captured, a cassette which stores a transformation filter in a housing along with an accumulative fluorescent sheet is disposed with a recording device at an image pickup surface 18 where radiation is irradiated. This recording device is formed with a reference section 22 and a bone salt reference section 24, a lateral frame 26 of the reference section is formed with a hollow portion 30A into a belt-like shape, and the longitudinal frame 28 is formed with a hollow portion 30B into a belt-like shape. This constitution can clarify a region where the radiation not passed through the subject is applied, form belt-like solid regions in the lateral and longitudinal directions in the position of the accumulative fluorescent sheet, and appropriately correct an image based on the radiographic image information passed through the subject, using the solid regions.
