Abstract:
To recover, at a low cost, a high-volatile metal-containing dust from a cement-producing step.SOLUTION: A device 1 etc. for recovering metal-including dust from a cement-producing step includes: a probe 3 for extracting while cooling, a part of flue gas from a kiln exhaust gas duct from the kiln backside of a cement kiln 2 to a lowermost cyclone; a classifier for classifying the dust included in extraction gas G1 by the probe into fine powder dust having an average grain size (median size) of 11 μm or less and coarse powder dust; and a dust recovery device for recovering fine powder dust D3 and D4 classified by the classifier. The classifier can be used as a cyclone 5 for separating the extraction gas by the probe into coarse powder D1 and exhaust gas G2 including fine powder D2, and the dust recovery device can be used as a cooler 6 for cooling the gas including the fine powder separated by the cyclone, and as a dust collector 8 for collecting the dust from exhaust gas G3 discharged from the cooler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
