Abstract:
To reduce production cost of a forging product by arranging a device to a forging machine and mechanically and surely remove a defective product.
The removing method of a forging part is provided so that plural stage die sets 2-5 are arranged, works, in which a bar stock is cut to a prescribed length and supplied, are successively transferred and plural works are subjected to different forgings by driving the plural stage die sets together. The removing device 10 is arranged to the final stage die set 5 and has a drive means and a guide member 11 to be driven by the drive means, a prescribed forging part worked by the final stage die set 5 is selectively guided to a removing route set beforehand by the guide member.
