To provide a method for efficiently removing a liquid on a surface of a packaging material or in a recessed part, and a device therefor.
An air blowing nozzle 14A to blow the air to only a recessed part 11A is arranged at the position where the recessed part 11A of a packaging material 11 before a squeezing roller 13 to carry the packaging material 11. An air knife part 15 to blow the air over the whole width of the packaging material 11 is arranged behind the squeezing roller 13. The air knife 15 is connected to an air blowing pipe 14 having the air blowing nozzle 14A so as to be communicated with each other. The disinfectant in the recessed part 11A is concentratedly removed, and the disinfectant adhered to the whole surface of the packaging material 11 can be efficiently and uniformly removed with the air blown from the air knife part 15.
