Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent clogging in a pipe by surely and quickly discharging asphalt solution remaining in piping and a spray pipe by utilizing exhaust of the engine of a spray car after spraying working of the asphalt solution.
SOLUTION: An asphalt solution spray car performs asphalt pavement on a road by jetting the asphalt solution of a solution tank 2 loaded on an asphalt solution spray car from a plurality of spray nozzles mounted on a spray pipe 4 through piping 8 by a conveying pump 3. After spray working completion, the exhaust of the engine 17 of the spray car is introduced into the piping 8, the remaining solution of the piping 8 and the spray pipe 4 is recovered in the solution tank 2 through a return pipe 9 by the exhaust pressure. After recovery the exhaust is pumped to the whole spray nozzle 5 to discharge the remaining solution of the spray nozzle 5 to the outside, and the insides of the piping 8, the spray pipe 4 and the spray nozzle 5 are cleaned.
