PURPOSE: To prevent dust from scattering and increase the efficiency of removing work, by putting a removing device provided with a peeling-off device, a suction device, a box hood, etc., close to a wall face and sucking asbestos removed in the hood and discharging it.
CONSTITUTION: The end face of a box-type hood 2 is forced to bite a wall or a ceiling 1 on which asbestos is sprayed to inject a viscous boundary- stabilizer to put it close to the wall face. Then asbestos on the surface is peeled off by a removing device 37 composed of a spray nozzle, a scrapper, etc., and discharged to the outside through a vacuum hose 41 and a dust collector 42. An air curtain 5a is set at the outer side of the hood 2 to prevent dust from scattering to the outside, dispensing with periphearl curing equipment. Moreover, the whole of the removal device 10 is mounted on a transferable device like a carrier or constituted to be portable. In this way, the removing works can be efficiently carried out without deteriorating the working circumstances.
