A method for reproducing healds 1 of a loom, each having an insertion hole 1a into which a warp is inserted, and a mounting portion 1b into which a heald rod 2 is inserted, includes: preparing a support member 4 for supporting the plurality of healds 1 while maintaining a state of supporting the plurality of healds 1 in the heald rod 2, and rotary polishing brushes 5 for polishing the insertion holes 1a or part of the mounting portions 1b of the healds 1; fixing the support member 4 so that the plurality of healds 1 supported by the support member 4 can swing freely; and polishing the insertion holes 1a or the mounting portions 1b while rotating the rotary polishing brushes 5 and moving the healds 1 relative to the rotary polishing brushes 5.
