Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproducibly project a measuring light on a measuring portion of an object to be measured so as to maintain a constant measuring condition.
SOLUTION: An optical measuring device 1 comprises a spectroscopic analysis section 5 that detects a spectrum intensity of a reflection light 4 of a measuring light 3 projected to a human hand 2. The spectroscopic analysis section 5 is rotated in the X, Y and Z directions and around the Z axis by a moving mechanism 9. When registering the measuring section of the human hand 2, an image of a palm of the human hand 2 is imaged by means of a CCD camera 11. An operator selects a portion having a characteristic from a pattern of the image. When executing the spectrum measuring, the palm of the human hand 2 is imaged again by means of the CCD camera 11, then the portion at the registration is detected from the pattern of the image. The spectroscopic analysis section 5 is moved by the moving mechanism 9 to allow the measuring light 3 to be incident on the registered portion having the characteristic.
