Abstract:
To restrain the flow of a fluid along an object from separating from the surface of the object.
At least one barrier member 19 is installed on the object surface 1. The barrier member 19 is extended from the object surface 1 to a separated flow layer in the vicinity thereof. The barrier member 19 crosses the separated flow layer, but does not reach the ordinary flow layer outside the separated layer.
