Title:
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR RETAINING THERMALLY-DECOMPOSED GAS CARRYING TEMPERATURE IN WASTE PYROLYTIC FURNACE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3969148
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely retain a carrying temperature by efficiently heating a thermally-decomposed gas discharged from a pyrolytic furnace and led to a combustion furnace and the like.
SOLUTION: A thermally-decomposed gas carrier pipe 6 connected to a gas outlet 4a of a pyrolytic furnace 1 is connected to the combustion furnace 5 at the downstream. An electric heater 8 is mounted inside of an upstream position of the thermally-decomposed gas carrier pipe 6. A temperature detector 10 is mounted near an upstream end part of the thermally decomposed gas carrier pipe 6. A temperature indication controller 9 is mounted near a downstream end part of the thermally decomposed gas carrier pipe 6. The heating quantity of the electric heater 8 is controlled by the temperature indicating controller 9 on the basis of the temperature of the thermally-decomposed gas 3a detected by the temperature detector 10 to keep the temperature of the decomposed gas 3a detected by the temperature indication controller 9 constant.
