To obtain exact data in the arbitrary cross section of a shaft well by disposing a sensor determining fluid composition in equal distance and same height on the circumference of a flow sensor positioned in the center of the shaft well by a center positioning means.
A data sampling device 12 lowered in a hydrocarbon shaft well 10 during production connects a center main body 18 under a cylindrical surrounding body 14, and the velocity of fluid is measured by a spinner 20. V-shaped arms 22 composed of an upper link 24 and a lower link 26 are disposed at intervals of 90°, widened by a plate spring 36, a roller mounted on a curvature part is brought into contact with the inner wall of the shaft well 10. The spinner 20 is positioned in the center of the shaft well 10, and the cross section of the shaft well 10 is determined. Local sensors 48 such as conductivity sensors and photosensors are disposed in substantially the same height as the spinner 20 on the lower link 26. Thus, a flow rate is determined from the velocity of the center part of the shaft well 10, and fluid composition can be determined by the local sensors 48. Measuring data are transmitted on the ground at a real time.
