Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for reference image storage, which record reference information in two memories alternately for preventing the reference information from being damaged owing to a storage error for a system which store the reference information in the memories.
SOLUTION: This method and device include at least two memories which store the reference information, a flag storage unit which stores a flag indicating a memory where the effective reference information is stored between the memories, a recording path setter which determines a memory to be stored with the reference information according to the flag state stored in the flag storage unit and sets a recording path, so that the reference information is recorded in the 2nd memory, when the 1st memory is effective and in the 1st memory when the 2nd memory is effective, a recording part which records the reference information in the memory set by the recording path setter, and a flag setter which sets the flag in the flag storage unit so as to show the effective state of the memory after the recording to the memory set by the recording path setter ends. Consequently, the reference information of the system is recorded in the two memories or recording areas alternately, and the memory area to be used is displayed.
