Abstract:
To open securely a packaging cylindrical body without gripping the packaging cylindrical body folded flatly or the like.
In a shaping device, a packaging cylindrical body 8 in the folded state is rotated with its axial line as a center. In the shaping device to which a shaping method is applied, a shaping cylinder 2 storing the packaging cylindrical body 8 in the folded state is provided, and the packaging cylindrical body 8 is held by the shaping cylinder 2 so as to set its axial line 200 concentrically with the axial line of the packaging cylindrical body 8, and the shaping cylinder rotating with its axial line 200 as its center is used.
