Title:
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SUCKING YARN FROM BOBBIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017057548
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for easily and quickly performing yarn splicing.SOLUTION: A method is for sucking yarn from a bobbin and splicing a yarn end of yarn to newly spun yarn. The method includes: a process for sucking yarn on a bobbin surface to a suction port through a suction nozzle; a process for forming a yarn loop; a process for cutting the yarn in the yarn loop; a process for disposing the cut yarn end from the suction port and preparing a new yarn end generated by the cutting for yarn splicing; and a process for splicing the prepared yarn end to newly spun yarn. When sucking the yarn on the bobbin surface, the yarn is guided through an eyelet arranged on a yarn route of the suction port. In the method, the eyelet moves to the outside of the yarn route together with the yarn, thereby forming a yarn loop between the bobbin, the eyelet and the suction port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1f
