In the case where a carrier 24, which uses a C-shaped rail part opened downward, is suspended from the rail part, since a medical tool arranged under the rail part is easy to be influenced by the electromagnetic radiation from a feeder, it is effective to stop the power supply. In the traveling condition that the carrier 24 is driven by the only battery 84, a controller 88 of a station 13 receives the traveling condition with radio communication from a traveling control chamber 101 through a communication terminal 87, and a block discriminating means 88A confirms this traveling condition, and sends the control signal C3 to an inverter 91 so as to stop the output of the high frequency current to the feeder.
